Every Ody’s Bites jar is handcrafted with care. We want your jams to arrive fresh, beautifully packaged, and ready to enjoy.
1. Delivery Area
Local delivery is available exclusively within our designated service area in Naples, Florida. Orders outside the service area may not be accepted. Nationwide shipping is not currently offered.
2. Order Preparation
Jams are made to order in small batches. Preparation depends on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand. We will communicate the anticipated delivery schedule upon confirmation.
3. Delivery Scheduling
Once an order is ready, we coordinate delivery using the contact information supplied at checkout. Provide an accurate name, phone number, and address. Dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. Delivery Fees
Any applicable delivery fee will be disclosed before purchase completion.
5. Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule. Contact us to confirm availability and additional charges before placing time-sensitive orders.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange next steps. A second delivery fee may apply and will be disclosed before rescheduling.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs if possible so we can investigate.
