4. Custom Jam Collections
Our Build Your Own Collection option allows customers to select up to five jam flavors, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected flavors, quantities, and order information before completing payment.
Once preparation begins, changes to flavor selections or order details may not be possible.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Our jams are handcrafted and prepared to order.
Preparation and fulfillment times may vary depending on order size, ingredient availability, and seasonal demand.
Estimated preparation and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Ody’s Bites.
6. Local Delivery
Ody’s Bites currently offers local delivery within our designated Naples, Florida service area.
We do not currently offer nationwide shipping.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive orders when required.

7. Rush Orders
Rush orders are subject to production capacity, ingredient availability, and confirmation by Ody’s Bites.
Additional rush fees may apply and will be disclosed before the order is finalized.
Submitting a rush request does not guarantee expedited fulfillment.
8. Allergens and Ingredients
Our products may contain or be prepared near allergens, including tree nuts, dairy, or other ingredients depending on the recipe.
